@matigo In theory, yes, but the cooking times aren’t super-long, just longer than usual (see attached photo as example). The key benefit is that you can leave the cooking unattended.
So, for example, you could have the water heated for when you get in and have prepared the bags ahead of time and left in the fridge, then pop them in as soon as you arrive and have it cooking while you get changed, take Nozomi out etc. It’s usually around an hour, or less.
