@indigo All the books / sites we've read suggest it's the fastest way to housetrain - the problem is the size of the poor puppy's bladder. Over the first few weeks should extend out to more reasonable gaps as she grows, but apparently easier to train not to wee in the house/crate to start with than to re-train for overnight afterwards…
