@matigo It’s statistics - it probably does fix >50% of reported problems (or at least the symptoms), so it’s easier to do that first, then start drilling into the detail if that fails. You have to remember that they don’t know you from an office temp who can wrangle MS office and not much more..

@kdfrawg I’ve had a blue leather case for my 6s for quite a while now, and it’s ages very nicely. Finally got a look at the grey case in daylight yesterday and it’s a nice colour.. :-) Might also get one of the blue ones, but I want to see them in person to judge the colours..
