@peemee Why didn't you stop to see what condition the animal was in? It might be suffering and need to be euthanised..
@matigo Seems reasonable in context. Does Japan not have an equivalent to the Data Protection Act? If he'd been mistreating customer data that way in the UK he'd have been fired long since…
