How many of your key criteria does your current job satisfy? Another job that's no worse and pays much better seems like a reasonable option, providing it doesn't curtail your side projects?

Shitty day today. Found out this morning that an old work colleague and something of a mentor in the past (not to mention semi-regular drinking buddy until the past couple years) passed away over the weekend. Fucking cancer. ?

@JeremyCherfas I was in an all-day workshop, so nipped down to canteen for an average pre-made ham&cheese sandwich and a piece of white chocolate caramel shortbread..
